All products are made by hand and there may be slight variations. (This form must be signed before we may proceed with order.)
FOR SADDLE PADS and CHAP ORDERS:
Saddle pads may vary slightly in colour, stitching and shape due to them being hand made.
Leather/Hides may vary in texture, colour and stitching due to them being hand made.
This cover sheet MUST be included with each order.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
A 50% of nett Invoice total will be taken as a deposit at time of order. Our accounts department will contact you for the remaining balance to be paid before dispatch of products can be made.
Payment must be made before despatch for accounts which do not have credit facilities.
Payment can be by cash, BACS, debit card, credit card or cheque.

Exchange and returns:
Buy with Confidence! HRP Equestrian are happy to offer a no quibble exchange and returns policy if the item is unused, in original packaging with tags attached.

Items returned without an authorisation code cannot be processed. Please clearly Mark the returns code on the exterior of the package you are returning. Items returned in a used state with no tags or packaging will be disposed of. If items are defective we will refund the returns postage and issue an exchange provided items are unused and unique code is written on returns packet and on enclosed paperwork. Returns postage at buyers expense unless we agree otherwise.

Free delivery in the UK if the nett invoice value is £400 or greater. This applies to the U.K. mainland excluding Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire. Smaller orders will be charged carriage on U.K. mainland or postage subject to our minimum order requirements.
Placing of orders will be confirmed by email. We cannot guarantee that certain products will always be available. If we cannot supply your requested product, we will offer an alternative.
We will store your order/delivery and address details so you can order again with ease. We will contact you if we are withholding acceptance of your order for any reason.
We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of any product at any time at our sole discretion.
Carriage will be chargeable on all export orders.
Orders below our minimum order value will only be supplied at the Manager’s discretion and may be subject to a surcharge.
HRP Equestrian do NOT drop-ship on behalf of a customer.
The buyer must advise HRP Equestrian and the carrier in writing of loss or shortage of or damage to Goods at the time of delivery on the delivery docket and notify us immediately so that our claim can be lodged.
