Ordering

  1. You can place your order online, by phone or by email. If you need any advice about your product selection please don’t hesitate to contact us.
  2. Placing of orders will be confirmed by email.
  3. We will try to keep our website as up to date as reasonably possible but cannot guarantee that particular products will always be available.

Delivery

All orders of £500 nett invoice value are consigned carriage paid on the U.K. mainland excluding Scottish Highlands (DPD postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, G83, HS 0-9, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-99, PH15-99, ZE) and offshore islands including Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Eire.

Carriage on U.K. mainland or postage when this method of transport is requested subject to our minimum order requirements detailed below.

Any special services will be charged accordingly.

We do NOT drop-ship on behalf of a customer.

On all export orders, carriage will be chargeable.

Orders below our minimum order value will only be supplied at the Manager’s discretion and maybe subject to a surcharge.

The buyer must advise the Company and the carrier in writing of loss or shortage of or damage to Goods at the time of delivery on the delivery docket and notify us immediately so that our claim can be lodged.
We process all orders in the order they are received and aim to ensure that all despatches are made as soon as possible. As all of our products are luxury items, the majority of our products are hand made, we advise a possible wait time of 8-10 weeks from order to delivery.

The carrier’s usual delivery days are Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) but deliveries can be arranged for Saturdays in the mainland UK.

However, these are outside our usual terms of business but we pride ourselves on helping our customers wherever we can.

Payment

On accounts which do not have credit facilities, payment must be made before despatch and this can be by cheque, cash, BACS, debit card or credit card. For payment by card, our office will contact you for details when the order value is known, and payment will only be taken for the value of goods being despatched.

We will ask for and store your order and delivery details including your address so that you can order and purchase products from our website with the minimum amount of form filling.

We may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of any product at any time at our sole discretion.

Where can I buy a gift card£?

HRP Gift cards are available to buy over the phone with our dedicated Sales team. We supply vouchers to the value of £25 £50 or £100. They are sent via post to an address of your choice and redeemable against all HRP items except sale items.

Can I return an item bought online?

As all our items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds because an item is no longer wanted.

If In the unlikely case that an item is faulty, please notify us immediately by email or telephone. No faulty goods will be accepted back unless a member of our staff has given authority. If approved a member of our staff will give you a return reference number, which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the parcel to be returned. This reference number must also be quoted on the enclosed paperwork.

If we approve the return, please return the item to us and email proof of postage. Ensure the item is sent recorded delivery with appropriate postage insurance as we will not be responsible for items lost in the post. We will assess the fault and decide whether a full refund should be made.
